Application to join an academic procession (Staff only)
 
Instructions
To secure your place in the academic procession for your Faculty/School or to obtain guest tickets to these 2008 graduations, please submit the information below by the RSVP date, 5 December 2008 by 5pm , for the ceremony you wish to attend. To submit the form, simply enter the details as requested and select the submit button. You will receive a receipt of your acceptance via email. Late applications will not be accepted. You can only apply to attend the ceremonies indicated in the 'Which Ceremony' section below.
If you would like to join the Academic Procession after the RSVP date you will need to email ndatta@swin.edu.au (subject to availability).
 
Academic Regalia
The University’s collection of academic regalia is largely Oxford-based. Swinburne stocks limited regalia from other Universities and in opposing regalia styles. If you require academic dress from another University and supplies are not available, the closest Swinburne University equivalent will be provided. You will receive an email confirmation of your attendance in the procession and detailed information pertaining to the individual graduation ceremony approximately one week prior to the ceremony date.
