Since 2003 the Faculty of Design has organised a range of study tours so our students may experience another culture, and engage with students, lecturers and industry from another country.
Typically study tours last between 3-5 weeks and are conducted during the Winter or Summer breaks. Study tours usually consist of between 10 to 15 students.

A 2-3 week study tour to attend the Hong Kong Film Festival in April 2010.

San Francisco and New York City Study Tour (June) Applications Closed
In June 2009 23 students from the Faculty of Design will participate in the San Francisco and New York City Study Tour. Students will visit San Francisco Design Week plus visits to cultural sites, art and design museums, and design studio tours in San Francisco and NYC. APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED.
